Enterprise permits, funded by phase.
Big programs run on funding, not per-permit checkout. You fund each phase up front, we turn it into permit credits in your dashboard, and every filed permit draws down automatically. One agreement, one balance, zero invoicing friction.
How it works
Program deposit
Before filing begins, you place a program deposit — typically 25–30% of the estimated first-phase service fees. Your account manager sets the exact number with you in writing, per deal. The deposit is invoiced normally (QuickBooks) — the portal never charges your card.
Drawdown credits
Your deposit becomes permit credits in your enterprise dashboard. Every filed permit deducts its service fee automatically — you watch the balance move in real time. When it hits 20%, we flag it: "Credits running low — time to replenish."
Per-phase funding
Each phase is estimated and funded separately. Phase 1A draws down, you top up for Phase 1B. Your dashboard groups every permit by phase, so you always know exactly where each phase stands.
Volume pricing, built in
10+ permits = 10% off every filing. 1,000+ = custom written enterprise quote. Your credits draw down at your volume rate, automatically.
Or: monthly invoicing
Qualified accounts can skip deposits entirely — one consolidated monthly statement, in arrears, by application. Tell us about your company below and we'll set it up together.
The honest part
- City and county permit fees are always separate. Your deposit covers PermitsPros service fees only — government fees are paid by you, directly. We never front them.
- Unused credits never expire. They're yours until they're used.
- Full refund of any unused balance if the program ends, for any reason.
- We file same-day and track every permit through issuance — no black holes, proactive updates at every stage. Filing is same-day; issuance is the city's call, and we never promise it.
