Inspection Command

Inspections are the hard part. We handle them.

Booking, rescheduling, and deadline tracking across every job. You tell us the permit — we chase the inspector, lock the slot, and make sure nothing expires on your watch.

Pillar 1

We book it

Tell us the job. We chase the inspector and lock the slot — through the city's portal, in writing, confirmed back to you.

$49 when bundled with a filing · $95 standalone per inspection.

Pillar 2

One-tap reschedule

City moved it? GC delayed? Site not ready? We rebook — no phone tag, no 7am slot lottery, no missed inspector windows.

First rebook free on every request.

Pillar 3

Deadline radar

We track every permit expiration, correction deadline, and inspection window across your jobs — and warn you before fines start.

Included with Pro subscriptions (Solo, Crew, Installer).

How it works

  1. Request it. Two-minute form below — permit number, jobsite, inspection type. Or add it as a checkbox when you file.
  2. We coordinate with the city. We book through the city's scheduling portal the same day we get your request, and confirm the slot in writing.
  3. Confirmation + reminders. Written confirmation with date, time window, and inspector notes — plus an inspection-day reminder so nobody no-shows.

The promise is "we chase it same-day." The city sets the slot — no one can promise you a specific date, time, or outcome.

Filing 10+ permits?

Add inspection scheduling to every permit at submittal — one checkbox, one total. Every permit needs at least one inspection; bundle it now instead of chasing it later.

Permit issued? Don't miss the window.

The moment your permit is issued, we'll offer inspection scheduling — before the clock starts working against you. Issued permits have inspection windows; we make sure yours doesn't close unnoticed.

Straight answers

How fast do you book?

We move the same day we get your request — the booking request goes to the city immediately. But the city sets the slot, and no one can promise you a specific date, time, or outcome. The promise is "we chase it same-day" — never a guaranteed slot.

What if the inspector no-shows?

It happens. We rebook — that's what the one included reschedule is for, and we'll push the city for the earliest replacement window. We can't control the inspector's truck, but we control the follow-up.

Are there rescheduling fees?

First rebook is free on every request. After that, additional reschedules are quoted in writing before we move anything — you'll always approve the price first.

What does deadline radar track?

Permit expirations, correction/plan-check deadlines, and inspection windows across your jobs — and it warns you before fines or expirations kick in. Included with Pro subscriptions (Solo, Crew, Installer). It's a radar, not a force field: you still have to act on the warning.

Who pays the city inspection fee?

You do — always. City and county inspection fees are separate from our scheduling service and paid by the client directly to the jurisdiction. We never front city fees.
